⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Temporary Adjustments to Our Services
Dear clients, we would like to inform you of some temporary adjustments at Hôpital vétérinaire Animo-Vet. As of December 15, 2025, while we adapt to our current capacity, certain services will be temporarily paused and our hours will be modified. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support during this transition period.
New Opening Hours
Our hospital will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday to Friday. The in-clinic pickup service for orders placed through our online store will remain available during our opening hours.
Temporary Pause of Certain Services
Please note that cases requiring more in-depth medical follow-up, as well as hospitalizations, will be temporarily paused. Dr. Martin Duhaime will be available to perform surgeries every second Thursday and will also be available for consultations on Fridays only.
Medication Renewals
Our support team remains available to assist you with medication renewals, food and product pickup, and to help you plan for your pet’s ongoing needs.
Please allow up to one week for processing medication renewal requests. Dr. Martin Duhaime will be present on Fridays to validate prescriptions prior to preparation. We will contact you as soon as your prescriptions are ready for pickup.
Veterinary Appointment Options
If needed, for an appointment or any other veterinary care, you may also contact one of our nearby sister clinics. Your pet’s medical file will be safely transferred to these establishments.

If you would like to transfer your pet’s file to another veterinary establishment, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will transfer your patient’s file to the establishment of your choice.
🚨 EMERGENCIES: In case of an emergency, you may go to Centre vétérinaire DMV Sud, located approximately 9 minutes by car from our facility, or to Centre vétérinaire Rive-Sud, located approximately 16 minutes away.
